Please note that items cut with a laser often have a darker edge even when fully painted, due to the way the laser burns the wood in order to make the cut. 

**Please be aware that while we do our best to ensure our items will last the test of time, there is always a risk of cracking and splitting with all solid wood products. This product was once a living organism with cell walls; therefore it is not an inherently stable material and we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty how it will behave in the future.**

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
